FUNDAMENTALS
Our Fundamental Class is designed to be beginner-friendly, making it the perfect
starting point for those new to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This class is not only
accessible to beginners but also benefits students of all levels. In this
class, we focus on helping you understand techniques efficiently, laying the
groundwork for your Jiu-Jitsu journey. Join us and experience a class that
welcomes everyone and sets you on the path to mastering the fundamentals of
martial arts.

Structure: Warm up, drills, general techniques, specific sparring and/or
sparring.
GI & NOGI - ADVANCED
ADVANCED
The Advanced Program gives students the opportunity to take their game to the next
level through an in-depth exploration of more advanced Jiu-Jitsu techniques and
instruction. Students will also receive an extensive education into modern Jiu-Jitsu
practice, as well as less common situations that may arise during a match.

Structure: Drills, general techniques, specific sparring and/or sparring.

WOMEN`S ONLY
WOMEN`S CLASS
It offers self-defence and helps you get in shape while having fun. In Australia, everyday women are assaulted or beaten which makes Jiu-Jitsu a recommended form of self-defence. But wait, there's more. BJJ is about friendship and respect as much as it is about self-defence. You can be the positive role model for the younger girls while they get to learn and respect others. From our personal experience we
have seen that the friendship between the training partner is stronger than most friendship created in gyms. BJJ training is the most effective self-defence
martial arts in the world, and perfect martial arts for kids, teens and women. In today’s society it’s very important to be able to defend yourself, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the perfect martial art for woman of all ages interested in learning self-defence.

OPEN MAT
Our open mat training is designed to allow students to work on specific trouble areas and practice newly learned techniques in a non-instructed format.
The class is open to all members of any belt rank or age.
This class allows members the opportunity to spar, drill, or analyse techniques and improve their Jiu-Jitsu Game.
Visitors are very welcome anytime at our academy!

PRIVATE LESSONS
Private lesson is a personalised training session. It offers focused attention, tailored instruction, and accelerated learning. Instructors help refine
techniques, provide instant feedback, and adapt the lesson to individual goals. These sessions boost confidence, reduce injury risk, and are ideal for competition preparation. Private lessons offer flexibility and a strong student-teacher bond, making them an effective way to improve your BJJ skills.
We understand that every martial artist is unique, and their path to mastery should be just as unique. That's why we offer private Jiu-Jitsu lessons, a personalised and focused training experience designed to help you reach your full potential.
KIDS & YOUTH CLASS

KIDS 1
KIDS 1 - 4yr to 7yr
This program is designed to introduce our youngest students to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu,
as well as help them develop agility, flexibility and coordination. The curriculum includes fun games and interactive drills that teach basic Jiu-Jitsu movements and beginner techniques, ensuring a strong foundation and better
understanding of our art, while maintaining his/her interest and keeping it enjoyable for your youngster. Instructors also promote and reinforce strong
core values through simple and easy-to-follow methods.

KIDS 2
Kids 2: 8yr to 9yr
This program is designed to help students build a strong foundation for basic Jiu-Jitsu
techniques and improve their overall understanding of Jiu-Jitsu practice. The curriculum for this program includes both beginner and fundamental techniques, as well as coordination drills, interactive games, and exploration of core
concepts and ideas in the Jiu-Jitsu art.

KIDS 3
Kids 3: 10yr to 13yr
This program is designed to build a strong foundation in your student’s practice,
and improve his/her coordination, movement, and agility. Students will also
receive a comprehensive overview of all positions and techniques in the beginner and fundamental curriculum, as well as an introduction to the more advanced Jiu-Jitsu curriculum. Students will also be given more detailed explanations of core Jiu-Jitsu concepts and ideas.
